Delivery Terms and Conditions


All orders will be shipped on the SAME/NEXT Working Day upon the receipt of payment. To process your order quickly and correctly, please provide us your full delivery address including postcode/zip code, county/province name. Please also remember to leave your contact number and email address.


Orders placed before 4 PM will be shipped on the SAME WORKING DAY and orders after 3 PM will be shipped on the NEXT WORKING DAY. (Please Note: Working Days Exclude Weekends and Bank Holidays).


Once the order has been despatched, the delivery address cannot be changed and therefore, please message us at checkout if you want us to ship your order to a different address.


For International Orders: Please note that delays can occur in customs, and these delays are beyond our control. Return/Exchange Policies


Here at we are committed to ensuring you get the best products and service from us hence we have developed secure return and exchange policies. If for any reasons you are not satisfied with our products these can be returned to us for a FULL/PARTIAL REFUND in their original packaging/conditions within 7 days of receipt.


Before returning your item/s please contact Cosmetize Inc. customer service either by telephone or e-mail including the order number. This will help move the process along when the goods are received back to us. Upon receipt of the item back to us in original and unused condition, we will process your refund within 5 working days.


All items returned must be in saleable condition i.e. must not have been worn/handled. Hair must not have been removed from the cardboard under any circumstances for health and hygiene purposes.


No refund will be given if the hair/products have been used (e.g. hair extensions removed from cardboard or Cosmetics being used or Wigs being tried for Hygienic Reasons) If the hair/products have been used, the postage for returning items will not be refunded and we take no responsibility for returned goods.


For exchanges, the exchange can be done in the same product category at the same price, and if you want to exchange to a different item with different price, the buyer has to pay the price difference.


In order to ensure the safe RETURN of the products, be sure to contact us before sending it back, we have the right to refuse to sign for the package if you send them back without our permission. Otherwise, you will be responsible for all the losses arising therefrom.


If you receive the wrong item, please email us the picture of the item you received within 24 hours of receipt, and we will make sure that you get the correct item right away. The same applies to FAULTY Items.


For wigs and ponytails, we cannot give you refund or exchange your item for HYGENIC reasons and therefore, please be sure of which colour or size you are buying.


Return Postage: If item is faulty and buyer wants to return it or exchange it, we will pay the return postage to the buyer, but if buyer changes mind and wants to return the item with no fault with the item, the buyer pays the return postage.

Customers can request to return any item within 14 days of receiving it as long as it has not been used, opened, tampered with or tried in any way for HYGENIC reasons.


Hair must be returned unworn and unused. This includes wearing, cutting, washing or styling the hair in any way. This also means that you can't try on the hair - even if briefly!


It must be returned in its retail packaging. All our extensions are presented in clear packets so you can be sure you have the correct hair before removing it from its packaging. If you remove the hair and remove the bonds that tie it up, it is ineligible for return.


Finally, you are responsible for all postage costs sending the item back to us and we cannot offer a refund or exchange until the item arrives back to our premises. But we will action all refund and exchanges typically within 5 working days of the product arriving at us


May we please ask you to additionally note:


  1. You must take care of our goods whilst they are in your possession and any item for return must be received back in its original shipped condition and original undamaged packing. The item must be without damage or use and in a suitable condition for resale. All original packaging should accompany any returned item. We cannot accept returns for exchange or refund if such items have been opened from a sealed package all items will be inspected on their return to our warehouse. We are not a manufacturer, so the whole product and packaging must be returned in the same condition as you would have received it and how you may expect to receive it. If the product or packaging is in any way missing or damaged, we cannot refund.
  2. That you or your carrier is responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse. Cost and Risk of return will be at your expense and we strongly recommend that you receive proof of posting or use Royal Mail "Recorded Signed" service. You may like to opt for Royal Mail's "Special Delivery" service if a valuable item.
  3. We regret that outbound shipping, packing, and insurance cannot be refunded. For exchanged items, you may be asked for a nominal fee as a contribution towards any additional postage of shipping, depending on which shipping method you require.
