  1. Shampoo: Wet hair thoroughly. Apply an appropriate amount of the shampoo to the scalp and through to the ends. Gently massage to create lather, rinse thoroughly. If very product-heavy hair, repeat. (Shampoo is the first step).
  2. Conditioner (Rinse-Out): After shampooing, apply the conditioner generously from mid-lengths to ends (and roots if needed). Comb through to distribute evenly. Leave in for about 2-3 minutes (or as per instructions). Rinse out thoroughly.
  3. Leave-In Conditioner: After towel-drying hair so it’s damp (not soaking), apply the leave-in conditioner from roots to ends (or as per your hair’s needs), comb through gently. Do not rinse. Then proceed to style as desired (air-dry, blow-dry, apply styling products etc).
  4. Styling/maintenance: You can follow with your usual styling creams, oils, gels etc depending on your routine. The leave-in helps prep and protect.
  5. Frequency: Use the shampoo + conditioner as your regular wash-day routine (for example weekly or bi-weekly based on hair type). The leave-in can be used every wash day (or more often if your routine allows).
  6. Tips: If hair is extremely damaged/coarse, you might also add a deep-treatment masque occasionally (even though not included here) to boost repair. Sectioning hair during conditioning and using a wide-tooth comb often helps with manageability for textured hair.
