Q. Is shipping free for all the orders?

A. Yes, Shipping is free in UK for all orders above £50. For countries other than UK, applicable delivery charges are charged for delivery.

 

Q. What is the return policy of the company?

A. Cosmetize offers easy returns and is based on case-by-case with the objective of making our customers happy. However, we entertain the return of the products within 7 days of its receipts in their original packaging. Full/ partial refund is initiated within 5 working days after we have received the products back. A customer is notified about it via e-mail or message

Q. Which products are not eligible for returns?

A. All items returned must be sealed condition. Used, worn or handled products are not eligible for returns and we do not take any responsibility for the refund of used, worn or handled returned goods.

 

Q. What is the exchange policy of Cosmetize?

A. Exchange can be processed for the products of the same category at the same price. If a customer wishes to buy another product of a different category, he/she is levied of the price difference.

 

Q. How do I know that an order is confirmed?

A. An e-mail will be sent once an order is successfully placed. The order will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

 

Q. Will the delivery be re-attempted if unable to collect the product at the first time?

A. We make sure that the delivery is re-attempted the next working day if you can't collect your order the first time. But, if the order is not collected in the second attempt, your order gets automatically cancelled and the product is shipped back to us.

 

Q. Is there a COD (cash on delivery) facility on the website?

A. We currently do not facilitate COD on any order placed from our website. However, we accept the payment through all Visa, Mastercard, American Express debit/credit cards, Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
